The breakfast included many options and the staff was VERY helpful. the swimming pool was a nice size and it was kept clean. i used the bus stop near the hotel. Buses came regularly and it was very convenient. the reception area offered a REALLY relaxing space.
the parking required an additional fee per night. at that price, i believe it should be complementary. it was unexpected and added to the overall cost.

Sam was helpful at check-in! he explained the hotel facilities. The car park felt big and gave good value, i thought. The rooms are newly refurbished. The beds felt comfortable. Breakfast had a lovely spread. The hotel provides fresh towels, quality handwash, shampoo, shower gel and skin cream.

The hotel is near the A40, ideal for cotswolds drives. i noticed a bus stop is just outside the hotel, a great convenience. Buses run into the city center approximately every ten minutes, so the location was really convenient.

The staff were friendly and always ready to assist, especially at reception. My room had a comfortable bed, and I appreciated the complimentary high-quality drinks that were available. The hotel's location is convenient. The bus stop across the road provided easy access to the city center in about ten minutes at a reasonable cost.

My Superior Double Room was very spacious and clean, a nice place to relax after a long day. Fresh towels were provided daily, and I was also happy to see complimentary bottles of still and fizzy water upon my arrival. The room included a coffee machine with pods refreshed every day.

The hotel offers a nice warm pool, and towels were readily available. I saw free fresh fruit in the foyer. That was a very welcome treat. The gym looked well-equipped, though I did not have time to use it .

The reception staff were attentive and helpful. Every staff member I encountered offered a smile and a greeting. Agata, the housekeeper, did an excellent job cleaning my room each day, which I appreciated a lot.

It was my third time staying here, I will return for future visits. The breakfast had a large choice and it was easy to check in and out. Taxi service is available from the reception. I received a complimentary upgrade upon check-in, it was a great bonus.
I noticed the bath was rusting and it had white tape in several places. The bathroom floor and door had damages. The first room assigned featured a rusty bath and a non-working fridge.
